Default Haul Out and Bottom Paint Reco's

This is my first big boat (35' CHB Senator trawler) and I am looking for recommendations for a place on the Neuse River to have it hauled out and have the bottom sanded and anti-fowl painted over the winter. I only know about Duck Creek and Minnosott, but have only dealt with Duck Creek for the haul-out during the survey. What can you guys tell me about these places or any others in the area? What are we looking at from a cost perspective? What anti-fowling paint works best in this area?

Thanks!
