Default In search of a beer

My brother turned me on to a beer when I was visiting him in Alabama, it's called Delirium Nocturnum. There's a pink elephant on the label for a reason, this beer is 8.9% alcohol. It is a really good beer and I know it's sold in NC. Has anyone seen it in stores in the Wilmington/CB area? If so let me know, thanks.

Its up here in Ma. there is a store in Pembroke center that has it. Its expencive! I think one bottle cost more than a regular six packs cost. I'll have to try one now that someone mentioned it!

Boatman, they are good cold but were meant to be drank at room temp. I liked them COLD, use a glass to get the full effect (smell, head, etc). Surprisingly in LA (Lower Alabama) you could get a 4 pack of the small bottles for around $17.00. If you drink all 4 you'll be seeing the pink elephants.

lol. I think it was $8 or $9 for a pint here. I don't drink often anymore so I might see pink elephants after one

That's probably the Delirium Tremens, I didnt try that one. If it's anything like the Nocturnum it should be tasty.

Try some eye of the hawk select ale. It can be had at HT, pretty good beer and 8% alcohol. Price is around $8 a six pack.

I saw the Eye of the Hawk at HT, I'll pick some up and give it a shot today. Price is better than the Deliriium.

Good Call on the Pink Elephant they sell it at Surf Beverage in Murrells Inlet/Garden City Beach. $16 a 4 pack. A little pricy, but worth a try.
