Creekside Yacht Club, Bradley's Creek. Looks like about a dozen boats got hit last night. Only fishing gear seems to have been taken and only good stuff at that.
I had 4 full tackle bags and 6 Inshore Loki/Riley Rods (lime green, sparkle red, micro guides very noticeable stuff) with Daiwa Fuego 2000's and 2500's lifted and one boat had a full line of Penn Internationals and all their Offshore stuff gone. Lots of other gear from the other boats
It's all on video so we'll see but doesn't help much with cancelled trips.

My wife keeps saying that I don't listen .... or something like that.
Hopefully the LEO will look at the videos and take some action. Several other places around Wilm. that also had videos and probably good finger prints, the LEOs didn't even bother with. As a result, the businesses have discontinued the cameras. Evidently New Hanover isn't interested in getting the crooks, as they could have had both video and prints on dropped items. Good luck with yours.

I watch e bay all the time but don't mess with creigs list. That would be the first places to watch. I would also contact the marina's just below the line in SC down to Myrtle Beach and Carolina Beach Marina's. Also contact the pawn shop in Chadbourn NC. They are the biggest business in town. Your eqt. is local and they will be wanting to get rid of them shortly for the cash.
Feel for you buddy. With times as hard as they are now everything has changed. There is no trust any more. A little work on your part with the mentioned on the cops not being interested might pay off in the long run.
Hang in there.

Billy: Very sorry this happened, I heard about it from Mark and it looks like these guys really cleaned out many.
For a thieft this big I hope the Sheriff puts some effort in to find them. I think the more attention you guys pay to this thieft the more attention the NH Sheriff will. I would not be shy about calling them on a regular basis; squeeky wheel etc....

“The Warrior, I stood up…I showed up…I stepped forward...I raised my right hand...I stood in the gap. I walked in the fire...I did not run…I did not hide…I did not dodge...I did not evade... Consequently...I have nothing to prove...No one to convince...Those that matter…already know. Those that don't, never will.”
These Thiefs have got to be caught, Seapath got hit two weeks ago. I've herd of many more boats hit around the area. Keep your eyes peeled, lock you stuff up!!
Let's get these thiefs LOCKED UP>>>>>>!
Small stuff compared to the rods and reels but I had a 128 quart cooler full of sweet corn (AKA HEAVY AS HELL) stolen out of the back of my truck in Nags Head in front of the rental cottage. WITH cars parked behind me! That takes some balls.
Nothing wose than a Thief! My stiffy pushpole was stolen out of my boat sitting in the drive way the night before a trip. I am still hearing "I told you so" from the wife about rigging the boat the night before. I will keep my eyes out and pass the info along. Good luck....
Fellow pulls into Creekside Marina, parks his car in a shadowed area , walks directly down to Boat 1 pushing a Marina cart. Unloads what he needs from the boat and goes directly to the next boat sitting a few feet away. Unloads what he needs into the cart and pushes it up to his parked car. Fellow has on a sweatshirt hooded jacket pulled tight on his face. Sounds like he knew what was where. Didn't bother any other boat. Time was 7:45 PM and it was not dark.
Somebody is going down. Left a young man trying to explain to the detective how well over $20K worth of gear happened to be in his garage.
The other gentleman who had most taken had two Penn International 50's and four 30's. All 50th Anniversary IGFA Editions on custom sticks he got from his Dad. He is a very happy camper right know.
At least the guy had the Riley's hanging on the wall.
