I have a 1998 Yamaha 150 SW series OB that has a PTT Tilt Ram seal leak (looks to be the top seal). I was going to try to repair and replace the seals/orings but you need a specialized Yamaha spanner wrench to get the caps off. Short of making one (finding one has proven difficult even in websearches), I was looking for a recommendation for a OB mechanic (shop or mobile) who has the tools and skills to do the repair. Any recommendations?

Boats Unlimited in Durham is a yamaha dealer. The triton I have came from there, but I have not had any engine work done there.
