Default King Mackeral Tournament Crew

Moving up to a bigger boat has made it possible for me to take on an additional crew member for king mackeral tournaments. My current crew is myself, Van Parrish and an assorted group of folks that fish a few tournaments each year with us. Requirements are a passion for fishing, the desire to win, and the time to devote to events. I am fishing about 12-15 events this year. It is not necassary to fish them all but the number of events you are available will impact our decision on who to select. We fish a 31 Contender with twin 300 HPDI's and have fished king tournaments for 5 years. We have qualified for the SKA Nationals every year. The tournaments in question would be NC based with a possible opening for the SKA Nationals in Biloxi MS.

Here is how we do expenses/winnings. I will pay all expenses for a tournament. If we fish an event and have no winnings, I will let you know what your amount is. It will be an equal share based on the number of folks on the boat. Four people (including myself) = 25%. Any winning will first be used to payoff or reduce expenses. Any net winnings will be divided the same as expenses, however; the boat also gets a share of winnings so four people on the boat, I get 40% and each crew member gets 20%.

The expenses vary significantly depending on the event, number of fishing days, where we fish etc.. They are as "cheap" as $750 up to as much as $1,200 or $1,300.

Some tournaments will also require a Friday off (the fall events).

My biggest requirement is only commit to what you can do!!!!

You can respond to my e-mail in my profile if interested.

Thanks,

kirk
