Default Distance of Gulf Stream to Charleston?
Hi Guys,
What is the average distance of the stream from Charleston throughout the year?

Thanks! Guessing Wilmington Outer Banks is the closest to the Gulf Stream. Some day we hope to live within an hour's run to the gulf stream and great offshore fishing

If you want to be within an hour ride to the stream you will need to either be up around Morehead City/ Outer Banks area or have a fast boat. Up that way you can catch the stream in about 35 miles.
