Default Illegal stripers fine?

Saturday I was hanging around Oregon Inlet ramps when I seen a Wildlife officer confiscate 2 huge stripers off a boat. They were obviously in some serrious trouble but I didn't want to be too nosey and hang around. Anyone know what the fine is for that?

I can't remember exactly, I think it is $75.00 per fish plus the cost to replace the fish, (maybe $225.00). Again not sure if this is correct.

They looked longer than 30" but if the officer was carrying them off they could have been smaller. I got there in time to see them carried off. I didn't see if he measured them or not. I have caught lots of stripers 30" and around 10lbs. He certainly took them from them without any negotiation.
