Moving Up To Washington, NC and Need To Find a Rental Home
We are moving up to Washington, NC becuase of my job. We are selling our house here in Florida but need to find a home to rent until we find a house to buy. Anyone have a place to rent for around $850-$900.00 per month (long term) or know anyone? We also have two (2) dogs which are potty trained. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
Potter, what kind of dogs? GoogleEarth 261 Isle Vue Drive, Aurora NC - @ 40 min to Washington. Community boat launch, pier, docks. Laid back, golf cart community. I've a neighbor may rent.

Being from Washington, there isn't a ton of rental property out there. Check the paper and maybe the Carolina Bargain Trader, and try calling some of the local realtors such as The Rich Company. They may know some people who are renting. Washington Harbour would be a good place to look, as would http://www.pamlicoproperties.com/renting.htm
One more thing: If you don't mind driving, there are TONS of places in Greenville to rent. Its about a 20 mile/30 minute commute for the average "doorstep" to office commute. As far as home listings go, definitely check out http://www.therichcompany.com/ and ask for Charles or Chuck Phillips (father and son). They move some houses and have great agents.
Foxsee - Do you have any more details on the house on Isle Vue Drive? Will they rent? How many bedrooms, baths, acres the house is on, pictures, etc.... Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
Potter, Just arrived ( this is my getaway place, primary residence 6 hrs away in the mountains) and I'll be seeing neighbors tomorrow - will let you know what's up. Lots of dog lovers down here, and Labs are on top of the list. Later.

Potter, nothing for lease at Isle Vue Beach, however, a neighbor has been trying to sell at Crisp Landing on Blounts Creek, @ 25 min closer to Wash.,and have said would consider long term lease (considerably less than your max. IMHO) - may or maynot be what your looking for.
GoggleEarth 219 Crisp Landing, Washington, NC. For more info and pics contact: Gwen - RNGBL521@Embarqmail.com
