Anyone hear about sinking boat Saturday? - The Hull Truth

Saturday afternoon were were trolling around Frying Pan Tower listening to the VHF and a boat was sinking with 5 people aboard. Someone nearby picked up the 5 while Coast Guard was enroute. Anybody know any details of this incident?

That boat was a 30 footer out of Murrell's Inlet SC. Don't know any other details other than what you reported. All Safe.

We heard the whole thing on the VHF just before we picked up to run in Sat.....a sail boat had them in sight the last I heard. Gives you a crappy feeling 35 miles out in the ocean. Greg
