Default Hilton Head

Headed to Hilton Head in August, I'm planning on taking the boat (22 Aquasport) anyone know of a good place to keep it in the water or on land. And by good I mean cheap.
Thanks

We go to Hilton Head often. I generally slip the boat for the period of time we are there (usually 1 week). The big issue is trailer storage. You may be able to get a slip AND be able to leave your trailer at a marina if you call well ahead. Try Skull Creek (we ended up having to store the trailer off-island after slipping the boat there). Try Palmetto Bay marina - they may be able to let you keep your trailer on their property. Nothing is CHEAP there, but I didn't feel like it was overly expensive for a slip compared to other "resortish" locations.

Just came back from Hilton head. Harbor Town was 2 per ft with a 30 ft minimum. Power was extra. I did not see any trailer storage or any thing that was inexpensive. We did have a great time.

Intersting observation. The weekend we were there with 12 visiting boats, much bigger than mine, Harbor town was not full. If your willing to pay you should be able to find something

There are some storage lot around the island and off the island were you can put the trailer. You can not keep the trailer in Sea Pines.

Slip regularly at skull creek, not cheap and no trailer storage. Palmeto bay on the South end is cheaper but don't kow about trailer storage.

There is an RV park/ campground on the left side after you cross the bridge onto the island. They have a small marina with slip rentals that I have used in the past. Easy in & out to the waterway, reasonably priced. Sorry I don't remember the name.

Revised: The only hang-up is that they don't have space for trailer storage!! If you can find cheap/free storage for the trailer
it is a lot easier to keep it in the water!! Good Luck.
