TWICs for ALL holding USCG Credentials

OK... don't shoot me if this has been discussed... I couln't find any reference doing a search, but what the hey...

All Six-Pack Captains and Masters MUST have a TWIC before September 25, 2008. So, visit the below link and dig down for that $132.50 so we can all be safer.....
