Default 2 or 3 Batteries???

I just ordered a 19' Tidewater Bay Max with a Yamaha 115 4 Stroke. Should I go with 2 or 3 batteries? It will have full electronics (GPS/FF; VHF; CD Changer/Stereo/iPod; trolling motor).

I mostly striper fish and do a lot of trolling...

I'm also having a 4 bank Minn Koto MK 440 charger installed with a battery selector switch...anyone heard anything about this???

Would also like any suggestions on how to have everything wired up...
