Default hour meter ?

I have a question for you guy's , besides the hounding I'm giving on the towing issue
I'm going to replace my fuel and oil lines and do a major bilge cleanout, the lines are all original equipment ( 02) , being end of Febuary & 1st of March in the mountains here the battery's could be out for 3 weeks or so , will the hour meter keep the hours that long with no power ? The unit is called a " sen-dac " ?
Thanks
Butch
