Heard a few months ago that regs were gonna change for snowy's in 2008. As of right now, is the limit still 1 per person/day? or is the season closed?

As far as I know jo N.C. is part of the so. atl. management group and the rec qouta on snowey grouper is 1 as is golden tilefish and both are now OPEN. The comm. limit for snoweys beginning 1/1/08 is 100# per trip, in 07 it was 175# and it will be even less in 09. Hardly worth throwing the lines on the dock eh? At least we have a new tilefish qouta to work with for a little while while we are hundcuffed by the feds. on the shark issue.
