I have found that lot of the fisherman I come across down here are in the Construction and / or Real Estate business. I thought it would be interesting to see how many of us on the board are in either or both of these industries.
I personally own a residential building company and a real estate consulting/ development company.
I wonder what the correlation is between the business and fishing. Maybe the flexibility with time?
I am Kind' a amused by the flexibility in time comment ,I have been in the commercial and residential construction business for over 40 years time seems to be the one thing you don't get.

I guess it depends how you run your business. Apparently many construction guys have enough time to up and leave to fish tournaments on a regular basis.
We own a small business that sells and installs cabinets to builders, and homeowners. Since we have only owned the business for just over a year, we do not have a lot of free time.
