I am the Regional Manager for a commercial general contractor in the Carteret/Craven county area. We are based in Raleigh but have recently opened a new office in Morehead City after recognizing the potential growth. Luckily enough for me I am from Morehead City and was able to move back home so the boat trailering is at a minimum now!

I have found that lot of the fisherman I come across down here are in the Construction and / or Real Estate business. I thought it would be interesting to see how many of us on the board are in either or both of these industries.

I personally own a residential building company and a real estate consulting/ development company.

I wonder what the correlation is between the business and fishing. Maybe the flexibility with time?

Thanks for your thoughts!
Sooooo.....you're not REALLY the Vineyard Vines guy or do you own a similar boat???

I am a comm/res builder at the coast. I fish less now than I did when I lived 4 hours away. But, it is nice to see the water every day.

I am not the Vineyard Vines guy. (wish i was!) I am friends with Shep and Ian Murray who own Vineyard Vines and I bought the Contender from them. The boat in the video is the boat I own.
