Default Gulf Stream bite

Myself and couple of friends (weather permitting) are planning to go out toward Blackjack Hole, Steeples, this upcoming weekend. We will be coming out of Lockwood. Anybody catching any Wahoo around these locations? Any suggestions or advice? I was thinking of carrying a couple of 50wides along with some lighter trolling gear. Is this a good idea? All or any advice is appreciated.

I hear you probably will get int some blackfin maybe a hoo or yellowfin but 50's?? 30's should be more than enough unless youre going to bluefin fish, If so no need to go to the GS.

Been to both locations since Thanksgiving weekend and caught blackfin and albacore but can't seem to find the "wherehoos"; if weather permits your trip, please post your results.
