Is there a marina close by and/or a public ramp?

Yes. It is adjacent and actually overlooks Coquina Harbour which has 4 separate marinas within same. Myrtle Beach Yacht Club and Lightkeepers Village are two that are included. I keep my boat about 1/4 mile away in rack storage at the Silver Coast Marina. There are two public boat ramps within 1/2 mile. There are also 3-4 other marinas within a mile or so of the condo. It is about 5-6 miles to Little River Inlet with no bridges to be concerned with. Condo overlooks the marsh and the waterway. PM me if you need additional info.
