Re: THT'ers Sanford Fellowship Meeting - June 14th
We'll see ya there , if I don't head down to Little River to catch spadefish.
Scott, their in at the Sherman wreck now outta Little River, but no jellyballs are to be found for bait. We still get the bream on steroids with shrimp, unless jellyfish are floating around the wreck. Gonna try it thursday if the winds are down, and try again over the weekend if the winds are right. Lemme know if you want to try reeling in some of them hawgs ! This is an open invitation for anyone that wants to follow me down to land a few.
A friend caught a few kings at the 90's this past weekend and a 12 lb mahi to boot. It's only about 8 miles outta Little River.
Re: THT'ers Sanford Fellowship Meeting - June 14th
Dan,
Already made plans for this weekend!
Our work is finally slowing down and I'll be out in the hook or behind the Shack trying to get some of weekenders cobia on Saturday, then me and a work bud are going out on the Carolina Princess 18 hr headboat trip Saturday evening. Never been on a headboat before and we're gonna troll off the stern between grouper digging spots to try for some far out 'phins, hoo or kings.
I hate to turn you down this time but please let me know the next one and I'll make it a point to get out there with ya. One of our most memorable times on our boat was out of Little River and we tried catching a sore mouthed cobia to no avail.
Is Paul gonna be there Thursday?

Great to meet you Mike, and sure was good to see everyone again. I enjoyed the OBX talk and I'm getting pumped to finally do some fishing!

Fish Topsail.....hope you and your son get out there too.
See you next time Paul and Dan!
