how far or how long is run time to the e buoy from bogue or new river inlet ?

I think is right out there with Christmas Rock. 12 - 15 miles from Bogue if I remember correctly.

Bouge Inlet Sea Bouy to "E" Bouy, 195degrees, 18.4 miles.

Actually that is why it is call Christmas Rock. Fishermen could count on a good catch of sea bass to sell to help make Christmas special....
