Need some info for a friend moving to Wilmington NC, what is the millage for RE taxes there? and approx RE taxes on $325,000 home, or $380,000 home.these are the selling prices he's considering....this is for his future planning $$$ needs.. help please, thanks

Without pulling the exact numbers, an approx. annual tax on 325K will be around $3400. Hopefully someone can provide the exact millage, but this should be close.

$1.145 per $1000 value for the county and city
just county $.685 per $1000

I think he's planing on getting enough out of his So.Fla home to pay cash, but if that doesn't work out for him I will definately let you know...
