No one close by will dry store anything over 26 feet at a marina. Have it on a lift now but we need to move it. Normal lift will work fine as long as the weight rating is heavy enough.
With a moderate load the best I have seen 58-59 mph WOT
Cruise around 4200 RPM's at 38-39mph getting a 1.7-1.8 mpg with a load
Very light I have seen right at 2mpg with her
curious with Yellowfin, and other brands, why sellers don't list on the manufacturer's web page/classifieds as well. Is this frowned upon unless you're buying another? Would think this would help both parties and increase the area in which buyers could see or demo these semi-custom boats as well as separate the used from new buyers.
That was a pretty 29 Reg you had. Why not just put the Yellowfin on/off the trailer and keep your eyes open for a lift or dock space for an air lift to rent around the area. Seems like a minor detail to sell such a nice boat. Good luck in working it out.
i think he keeps the boat on his lift at Topsail Beach, but want to move it to Wrightsville Beach Area. Unless you own a house on the water, renting a lift in the area is impossible. especially for that big of a boat. most marinas will do upto 30 ft at the most. that was one of the reasons we stayed under 30 ft when we were looking for our boat. one thing i will tell you is that these Taylor and Tracy take really good care of their boats and whoever buys it will be very happy with the condition. They always get the best of everything and this is a great deal for someone and dont have to wait 6 months to get it. Good luck!!!
