Well. it looks as if Katrina has delt its final blow for me. The HUD block grants just have not happened yet, due to one reason or another. With building a new home out of my own pocket and an SBA loan, I will soon be faced with the problem of paying two mortages, two insurance policies and two tax bills along with trying to rebuild the kids college fund. I will submit pictures and information in the near future, I will offer it at well below market value.
