Completely redone 25' contender (almost everything is brand new on this boat). Twin Johnson (suzuki DF140's) 4 strokes have less than 50 hours. This is problably the most economical 25 footer out there. I have been out 75 miles, trolled all day, 75 miles back and burned only 70-80 gallons. Boat is super clean and has new electronics (except for radar). New engine bracket, new t-top , new leaning post, all new rigging, new wiring, new fuel tank. Includes alluminum trailer with new torsion axles and tires. Boat is perfect!! recent survey and more pictures available.
i am in myrtle beach sc. The boat is an 87' and has been completely redone in the last year. New 170 gal fuel tank, new motors, new electronics, new gauges, new wiring, new engine bracket, new trim tabs, new t-top. The motors were rigged earlier this year and still have the remaining 3 year warranty. The electronics include an eagle sea champ 1000 color gps/depth finder, vhf, radar, and cd player. i have a survey with additional pictures i can e-mail if you would like. Thanks for your interest!
boat cruises at 30-32 mph . top speed with full tank gear and two people is around 44mph. Fuel burn is very good although i don't know the exact numbers. I have been out all day and used less than 1/2 tank. (140-160 miles round trip, plus trolling)

Yes bigbaitfish. This boat was on ebay and boat trader a few months ago. I am considering a larger boat if I can sell this one, if not then I will keep the 25 contender.
Very nice boat at a reasonable price with new 4 strokes. I wish i was in the market. I love the older contenders. I had a sea vee which was almost identical. Best combination of ride and efficiency on the water. Good luck with sale.
The 25' contender looks like a very clean rig. Where's the bait well found on this rig? I see the boat is registered in Florida from the pictures. Are you now in Myrtle Beach SC? Do you have any other pictures of the boat besides what is shown in the classified ad? If so can you e-mail them to me? I am in the market for a 23'-25' and like the 25' contender you have for sale. Livewell is in the floor and is pretty big for an in floor livewell. The boat is now in myrtle beach, SC. I have plenty of pictures. (i sent you an e-mail so please let me know if you didn't get it). The radar will be sold with the boat along with all the electronics pictured. Thanks for your interest.

Like your boat! I have a 27 albemarle 1992 straight inboards. The engines have 4 hours. The were insatlled this past April and boat went in around June 1st and only been out for slow break in runs. I just listed mine for sale. Aside from the new power (350 gas), in '05 it got a new tower w/ 9 gold launchers, new enclosure, new Ray color radar/ gps, gold spreader lee riggers, tracy fight chair, etc. Too many new things in '05 to list. The deck compartments were pulled out and bilge was detailed and painted- not a speck down there! I spared no expense and now asking 55k but want to trade to a trailerable 23-26 CC.
Id love to discuss a trade if you have interest in an Albemarle.
