I am putting this in for a good friend. He is selling his 1990 45 Viking. The boat is in excellent shape and captain maintained. I can relay any questions you have to the owner and get immediate responses.
This immaculate Viking has the popular C Plan arrangement that features a dinette, two staterooms and a large head with shower. The master features a Sony TV and Toshiba DVD player, two large cedar-lined hanging lockers, four large drawers and port and starboard cabinets. In the companionway there is a custom rod storage locker. Guest stateroom features two over/under bunks. In the main salon there is a built-in entertainment center with a Samsung DVD-VHS player, Sony TV, Kenwood AM/FM stereo, Denon stereo cassette tape deck, central vacuum system, L-shaped couch that folds out to double bed, and barrel swivel chair.

Is this boat still for sale.? Please send me an email at john.f@wmeyachts, if it is. I received a return when I sent you an email to cmaynor@carolina.rr.com.

Nice boats - I looked at several before buying my Hattreas in '01. I ended up preferring the Hatt, but the Viking was a very strong contender in that race.
On the TIBs, 2500 hours is doing darn good; most TIBs don't make it that far. Get a GOOD engine guy to pull a boroscope and do a cold-start test, and strongly consider full engine surveys. PM me if you'd like the procedure.

Huh?
Go over to Boatdiesel and ask the question about the TIBs if you prefer.
I said the boat looks nice.... that hull and layout was one of the finalists when I bought my "bigger" boat a number of years ago. I like it.... What's wrong with that comment?
