VERY LOW HOURS - FULL MAINTANANCE LOGS

This boat was located in Port St. Joe, FL and has been moved to Pensacola, FL to show and sell. She is in a temporary slip and can't stay long. This is just too much boat for us to utilize its full potential. She was basically used as an office in Port St. Joe. We now have a branch office there. She has been replaced by a much smaller vessel.

Vessel Walkthrough
Stepping into the main salon from the aft deck the first thing you are going notice is the feeling of true luxury. One look at the magnificent wood work, and you will know that you have left the production yacht class behind. The rich cherry and burled wood panals are accented by the teak and holly sole throughout the vessel. In the main salon to port is an L-shaped leather sofa complimented by an inlaid coffee table, to starboard are matching chairs and an entertainment center. Forward is a private stairwell leading to the master stateroom. The galley and bridge deck are up two steps. Here you will find a fully equipped galley to port, another L-shapped leather sofa and table to starboard. Forward of this area is the helm station and a spiral staircase leading to the guests staterooms. To starboard aft is another entrance to the flybridge. What a magificent vessel with spectacular views from the main salon and bridge deck!

We are loosing our slip in very soon and this must find a new home. Does anybody know of any other sites that are more geared to the cruiser/trawler type?
Thanks

Not many of these boats arround. Very nice, at that price it should sell quickly. Heck, it's the same price as a Carver and looks like a much higher quality boat. Good Luck

Our broker has it on Yachtworld but we are also trying to sell ourselves. That is why price on here is 10% less than on Yachtworld.

I'll check out the others though
