Just to let you know, I just sold my 02 26 world cat with trailer, 225 hondas, decked with electronics. You have got a long way to go down on your price if you expect to sell that boat. Just a little fyi

That's awful.The guy is trying to sell something here,and has to contend with a couple of blockers.He can ask whatever he wants for his boat,and it's the buyers job to negtiate him down.

Any interior pics? Would be helpful. Most of us have never seen this model in person. Also, any fuel burn/speed numbers?

The boat gets 2.7 to 3.0 mpg at cruise when loaded for fishing. WOT is 43 mph with a light load. The cruising speed is 28 to 32 mph.

The Prowlers demand a higher price than WC´s in my experience. Much faster, more economical with smaller engines, harder to find, etc.

WC266´s tend to get beat to death on resale compared to other models in the WC product line.

OBO is OBO, so let the bidding begin.

When I sold my Prowler I got $54,000, but I sold it to a friend who let me keep it at his house the whole time I owned the boat. I know I could have gotten more but he did me a huge favor in storing it for free.

Also there was just a Prowler on EBAY that was sunk with 135 Opti's. No trailer. It went for $33,000.

I sold it for $55,000.

I think that it was a good deal for me and the Buyer.

The resale price was 85% of the original purchase price exactly 4 years after I bought it.

The boat was in mint condition.
