Max,
Very nice classic Mako. I have the exact same model with the same engines with an enclosed transom. The ride of these boats is incredible. Looks like you have a very reasonable price on this boat especially with the updated electronics. I know there was a guy on classicmako.com who was looking for a 285. You may want to post this ad on that site as well. Best of luck with the sale!

Mac

Thanx for the props guys ... and yes I have also listed this on ClassicMako

Hey Mytime, I'd love to see some pics of yours ... I have been wanting to enclose the transom on mine ... and have some collected pics, but the more the better for good ideas ... in the event I get to keep her ")

Do you have the cushions and the bolster? if so what shape are they in?
What kind of numbers are you getting for fuel and speed at cruise and at wot?
how many rod holders are there?

Default Cushion, bolster & fuel info

These were the only 2 pics I could find of the cushions (all original) ... whole exterior white set needs replacing ... interior cuddy original cushions are fine ... but I have all of them for ease of reproduction ... I have a local quote for +/- $2,400 ... for very high quality work ... including bolster around stern and bolster around upper station ... and all new seat cushions

2 rod holders in gunnel each side ... plus downriggers holders ... 4 rocket launcher plus teaser

WOT (+/- 5,000 rpm) speed is +/- 40 knts ... boat weighs 4 ton fueled and geared up ... I dont really have consumption numbers ... a trip 30 mile offshore and back burns about a quarter tank (75 gal.) ... capacity is 300 gal
