For sale: 1990/2010 31ft Fountain T/E cuddy with twin Yamaha OX66 250’s
This boat truly shines from top to bottom, we rebuilt this boat with an open checkbook and it truly shows. Boat has never had bottom paint and has been rack stored her entire life. Boat looks like a 2008-2009…. Great condition, motors run great with one having 6 months remaining on the warranty from rebuild (lost the #2 cylinder due to a bad oil pump all has been repaired and is running perfectly. Stbd motor was gone through by the Yamaha mechanic that preformed the rebuild and he said it was FLAWLESS. Come take a look at this boat she is in great shape inside and out. I will give you the number to the mechanic who did the rebuild, and the fiberglass shop I hired to go through the boat when we purchased it. They will both attest to integrity of this hull and motors. Don’t spend 150k on New when you can own the same boat for a fraction of the price turnkey with electronics. The Yamaha OX66 motors are known to be bullet proof, and they have a proven track record. The oil pump going bad was just a freak accident. Research the motors, and research the hull you will find nothing but good things about this set up. Boat has $20k in updating over the past 3 months and it shows. Pre-purchase survey completed in April 2010 valued the boat at 35k prior to all the upgrades. Boat was purchased with the intent to fish for the summer season and sell. My summer season is up and she must go!!
Boat will cruise with 4 guys and a solid load at 43+ @4300RPM getting 1.4-1 give or take.
WOT is 59+- with a burn of 1-1 depending on load

-New completely rebuilt port motor with 6 months warranty (3 hrs on port,450 on stbd) Installed new oil pumps on both motors, thermostats, and full service on both motors including impellers and water pumps

Boat was never turny fished, and has been well cared for!! No soft spots or spider cracking. This boat lived on a rack or the trailer its entire life. No bottom paint!!

Furuno 620 just added to the boat to replace the furuno 600L in the center. The lowrance is a chartplotter as well as bottom machine, the Furuno 620 is strictly a bottom machine (a kick ass bottom machine to boot) and the GP 32 on the left is only a GPS no chart plotting with it.

Installed a new AM/FM antenna yesterday and changed plugs on the rebuilt motor, it is running like a top. I fished hard the last 3 weeks and the boat runs great, we were able to run 28-31mph through 3-4ft ground swells with a 1-2ft chop on top. It was not sip your tea smooth, but the boat handled it well and we stayed very dry.

Price reduced to 40k OBO

lol thanks Physsh.... Building a new business so I need to free up cash to buy equipment and a trailer.... Those Glides are very nice bikes, but I am finished with that phase of my life. Don't get me wrong I love to ride, but I am not in an area that is rider friendly.

yeah bad roads around here to ride. I watched many friends go down, and sold both my bikes... I wana live another few years

or at least until grouper are closed for good.

Yeah, I hear ya. Its no so much the roads around here as it is the drivers. Well, that's what they appear to be trying to do anyway. If I sell the bike, I'll look you up. I have an enclosed trailer, but it would be lonely without the bike in it.

John I am not looking to move up, just moving on freeing my money back up to get into a bass boat and maybe a enclosed trailer for work. I need to buy a little bit of equipment as well because my equipment rental business is taking off pretty fast. We rent out water mitigation equipment such as fans and dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers. All that stuff cost an arm and a leg but I am going to keep at it.

Boat weighs 6500-8k I would guess. Maybe someone else has better numbers on the weight and that is 100% a shot in the dark as to the weight. It does come with a tandem axle trailer that was completely rebuilt axles and all in June
