WTB boat for $15000.00

I have a buddy of mine looking for a boat. He is looking to spend $15000.00, he doesn't want to go any higher. He has looked at a few 2001-2002 19-21' Sea Pros in his price range but I figured I would see if any of you had something to sell. He is looking for a boat that will do some light offshore (15-20 miles) out of MHC, NC on great days but will be in the sound for inshore and runs to Shack and such. The rest of the time will be spent around the Pamlico river and such. He want s T-top and trailer but would consider a bimini if the money was right. Let me know what you have or know of.

Boats look great guys. I will pass these on to him this afternoon and see what happens. Keep em' coming though. This will be his 1st fiberglass boat (he has an aluminum boat he used for creek fishing and duck hunting) and he is looking at different options. I appreciate the help so far.

$15K Can get you a decent 21' Boat , if this friend dont have a computer i would suggest he spends a few hundred on a cheap laptop and just search ebay & craigslist ..
Any fool who can turn the computer on can figure those 2 sites out , and then he can find exactly what he is looking for plus have THT to research from actual owners ...
Now is the time to buy , especially if your not in a rush , i know i did awesome on my boat but got very lucky that the motor quit while i was there with cash in hand , i knew it was minor and all he saw was another repair bill if i left with out the boat ... SCORE ....stupid $70 optimal spark sensor and she be purrin away ....

I'm considering selling my boat to move up. It's a 1999 Triton 22 Offshore with a 225 Johnson Ocean Pro. Motor has about 350-400 hours. When I bought the boat 3 1/2 years ago, it had about 160. I've taken it 40+ miles out without any problems. It's been a great coastal and offshore boat. Other than routine lower unit oil changes, decarbing and new plugs, never had a problem. Recently serviced the trailer with new hubs and brakes. Also added Bennett electric trim tabs last year. Comes with Lowrance GPS and depthfinder and VHF radio. Basically ready to fish.

Can definitely work within your buddy's budget.

I have a 24 northcoast 1988 with 305 crusaders for sale. I doubt you can get a better boat for 15k, it will do anything that you want in more comfort than any boat in that size or price range. #631-949-1431

Pretty much had decided not to sell but if interested. It's located in Pine Knoll Shores. I used it to fish drum in the pamlico sound, king mack, and 14 buoy dolphin fishing.
