I have recently bought a 1973 Seabird hull and had planned on restoring it. It has alot of flair in the bow and the deep V is around 24 degrees. I later found a Formula 23 that I really was looking for to start with so the Seabird needs to go. Someone previously had cut all stringers out of it, all wood in transom has been removed, there is no floor or gunnels either. It's pretty much a fiberglass shell to start rebuilding it the way you want. I bought it with no paper work so I don't know how you would register it. It does have the serial # on the transom.
