That said, his placements include all of the popular ad venues, so it must be him that goes through the hassle while we just place our One Time selling fee.
I've sold 11 boats via anglersedgemarine. I asked the guy for a price break and he...bless his Irish little heart/wallet....says that why should he give his best client a price break when he gives me what I wanted in the first place.....a SOLD boat.
OK, so he is a better debater than I am....I like what he produces, though!

Speaking of raising prices........I have decided to stay with the 2009 pricing for the time being also including the premier package. Same special I was running before the new year!!
Spring looks like it's here! Looking at 60's and 70's up here in the NE all week. This will get the buyers going after the harsh winter we had on the east coast this year. If you have a boat to sell NOW is the time to get it up on the market. Try to get em to me quick if you are really trying to sell.
Here is the Spring Special. Kept things the same as the 2009 special. Have not raised the price yet!
For a one time fee of $249.00 you will get a premier ad on boattrader, yachttrader, usedboats, and yachtbroker as well as having a standard ad on all of the sites listed below. These ads will run until you tell me your boat is sold!
CONTACT: We give you the option of using your personal contact information in the online ads, using ours, or using both. We are more than happy to talk about your boat to potential buyers. We strongly feel that using both is the best approach. This way the customer can always reach someone on the first attempt.
SHOWING: For now this is the only part that you will have to do yourself unless you are located within a reasonable distance of one of our agents. We firmly believe that nobody knows your boat as well as you. So who better to show it to the buyer?
FINANCING: We provide in-house financing for any potential buyer that may need it. Offering this service brings more potential buyers to your boat. Closing can be arranged within 48 hours of approval. The contract can be sent via Federal Express next day or one of our agents can meet in person with the buyer to close on the loan.
CLOSING: Anglers Edge Marine will provide you with a legal Bill of Sale specific to the state you are selling from. This bill of sale also includes a detailed checklist to insure that it is completed properly for both buyer and seller. we can be present at the closing either in person, on the phone, or via skype.
SHIPPING: Anglers Edge Marine can make all arrangements for local, national and international shipping at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
OVERSEAS BUYERS: This has become very common in the past ten years. With the Euro strong and getting stronger it will become even more common. This has opened up an entirely new market for potential buyers. If you get an overseas buyer let us handle everything for you. International transactions can be tricky in many ways. We have sold countless boats to over a dozen different countries. Let us protect you in this situation.
We feel that these services make selling your boat virtually hassle-free and protect the seller from large commissions that traditional brokers demand. If you have any questions about this service we encourage you to give us a call.
Good gracious! What a deal!!! Wish I had a boat I wanted to sell. Even if all you had to sell was a $1000 Jon boat, pay the $249 and list it for $1500. With all those listings and services, someone is bound to pay at least $1249 and everyone is happy.
