I'd put the price (or reduced price) in the title as a lot of folks are looking for a boat like that for ~$8-9K

Still sniffing.......do the fish boxes drain overboard and what is the black circular thing in the hull pic. Also, do you have performance numbers, cruise speed and wide open? Have you had any problems with the motor?

Thanks for the info. I did see it on EBAY. Do you know if Offshore is still in business? I need to find out how it would handle the extra weight of a 4 stroke which I would replace it with when the current motor goes.

Glassing the transom and going with a 4 stroke is the direction I would want to go also. Curious why you made the decision to go that route at this time, to prevent water coming in or time to upgrade the motor?

Capt......any idea if the trailer will pass inspection? Also, where is the gas tank located, capacity and any issues with ethanol? Finally, could you post your phone number.

Hey Jeff.....Did you post your number and I missed it? Also, any soft spots in the deck or transom? Do you know how the stringers are put together, ie encapsulated, etc?

Curious if the boat is still for sale? Have you made any of the upgrades you had mentioned?

Looks like she's coming along. I like the t-top. How old were the previous electronics.....just curious since you are replacing them. I still haven't found a boat. My problem was that I couldn't decide what I wanted. There was an auction in early Feb that I was hoping to pick up a nice Wellcraft but it went for too much. I think you were offering the best deal. Take care.

Looks like your project is going well. Happened to find this trying to get some info on Offshore Yacht boats. One thing I found interesting is how they design their consoles to have a flat mounting surface for the binnacle controls. Nice feature ignored by most builders. Little read here were mixed opinions on build quality, what do you think? Keep the photos coming and good luck with the laundry room. Thanks.
