I am also looking for a similar boat but was unable to post. I could go a little higher but would have to be under 20k. Also a cash buyer. gorangers@comcast.net

Hijacking my thread is not cool, you're basically saying that you can outbid me on any boat that might come along. Do me a favor and start your own thread.

Default Not the intention

Sorry but that was not my intention when I posted, I was just thinking if someone had something a little over your price it might work for me.

I do see that posting here was a mistake and I appologize to you. Good luck finding your next boat.

Nice boat but I'd rather have a boat that's never been bottom painted

Selling my Hydra Sport Vector for $8000. It is only a 20 foot center console but is a nice heavy 20 footer with high gunnels and very stable on the water. It was repowered with a 200 yamaha 2 stroke in 2000 with new gauges and hydraulic steering. No issues except the hour meter quit last month(286 hours) and I have the raw water washdown pump out for rebuild. I run this boat out 20+ miles all the time with no worrys and have been caught in a storm with some pretty big seas and other than having to hold on with 2 hands it was fine. We also take it in the bay in 2 feet of water while my kids snorkle and swim. This is a fishing boat for me and as such it has bumps and bruises but is still solid with no soft spots and a solid transom. Yes this is one that has the kevlar reinforced hull. Electronics include marine AM/FM/CD with 4 marine speakers, VHF and Humminbird 787c2 with GPS. Trailer is a 2007 Aluminum i-beam with dual axles.

how about a '87 Pursuit 2550 w/ twin Johnson carbed 150's (year 2000). hard top, canvas enclosure, porta potti, taco outriggers, 2006/7 dual axle trailer w/ disk brakes on both axles. had it listed on here for more, but willing to talk - try to start my own business.

Why do some sellers insist that their "asking" price be the "selling" price? Then it's not an "asking" price it's a "firm" price!

Regardless of the asking price I'm only going to offer what the boat is worth to me.

In a couple of cases I made offers of %80 is the sellers asking price only to be told come up with a better offer. 15K asking price I offered 12K with some room, I think it's a fair starting point.

Frustrating!

I have a 1994 Grady Seafarer 22 that is in excellent condition. I haven't listed it for sale yet but planning to do it in the next couple of weeks. This boat has a Volvo Penta 5.7L IO, factory hardtop, electronics, 2004 galvanized trailer that is in like new condition, etc. The boat only has 360 hours. It was kept in New York and was winterized every winter and stored indoors year round. Never had bottom paint and the boat is in mint condition mechanically and cosmetically. I will be listing the boat in the next couple of weeks. I will be asking $17,500.
