What cruise speed are you getting with a full fishing load and what is your fuel burn with the gas engine? Just trying to gauge it to a 24 albemarle I fished a few weeks ago with same engine.

btw the boat looks great and good luck with the sale.

Nice boat with the right power.

End Game,
Are you sure that 24 Albemarle had a 8.1 (496ci) motor in it? I bet it would scoot. First time I've ever heard of a big block in 24 Albe.

Default Cruise

Cruise at approx 27-28 knots

A trip 45 miles out, 45 miles back in with 8 hours trolling will use 85-90 gallons with full load of gear and 4 men.

Top speed 39-40

Thanks for the reply.

Truck- the engine was a repower and I am pretty sure the guy said it was the 8.1 crusader, but I am not 100%.

Edit- disregard the power i mentioned above. it had to of been the 5.0 mercruiser after looking at albe's website
