Great 1996 38 Open Luhrs. PRICED EXTREMELY WELL AT $99,000 SOLD

Lots of new in the last 2 years. New cushions, isinglass, interior, Garmin 3210, Furuno 582L
Bottom paint in Nov 2010. New batteries Nov 2010

Cat 3126's replaced in 2003, 1100 hours, generator rebuilt in 2009.

Ready to fish.

How many minutes would this boat have lasted on the market 5 years ago at this price or even $40k higher ?
Somebody buy this thing so I stop looking at it.
How much is a 40' slip rental in the keys? This would make a nice vacation home for a new englander, like myself.

A live aboard rental slip can be rented for anywhere from $450 and on up depending on location and amenities.
The Cat's are 420HP
The bottom is solid glass, the sides are cored balsa.
She draws 3'7".
I would trade for a modern 40 foot diesel motorhome.
