26'6'' Stamas for possible trade down and cash. My wife and I truely enjoy enjoy this boat, but we were offered a deal today that is almost to good to be true. Due to a builders hard times, we were offered a brand new model home that was listed for over $750,000 for near half price. We've come up with some money down, but could use another chunk to possibly make it happen.
This brings us to the boat. It's a 26'6'' Stamas with a 9'6'' beam, titled as a 2009 homebuilt boat. That's how it was titled when I purchased the hull. I have an appraisal that's over $38,000 by one of Boat US's approved appraisers. That was before I had the new Garmin 4212 gps fishfinder and windlass added. It also plays videos through it by way of the clarion CMD5. It also has 8 speakers. It has a new windlass, toilet, water system, seats, hard top with stainless supports, triple batteries, battery charger, many rod holders, triple axle aluminum trailer, LED lighting, etc. I have over $40,000 in this boat, and it currently has around 22 hours on the new Suzuki 300. The motor has around 5 years and 10 months of full factory warranty. The boat also has a new 186 or 187 gallon fuel tank. The boat was just restored. The builder was Boathaus here on the forum. The outside of the boat looks very good, though I have yet to focus on the cabin other than the toilet with holding tank. Anyway, I'd be willing to take a smaller boat in on trade preferably with four stroke power. Something to run around the intercoastal and fish Boca Grande pass from time to time. I'd like to have atleast 20 grand cash difference, though every deal would be different. Feel free to ask any questions. The boat is located at a Marina in Englewood, FL where it's stored indoors. It's ready for sea trial at any time. It also comes with a triple axle aluminum trailer. If this happens soon, a deal like this may work. If we wait very long at all, the house will be gone and so will my reason for trading. Thanks..
