Default Grady Journey

Did you just buy this at auction? Boat describes the same as one for sale on boat liquidators. See add on sale from Monday.

yes, that is the same boat. There ads are way behind from what is actually there. Sometimes boats come in there and sell the next day, then get listed a week later.

This is a boat that I bought for myself but as always all my stuff is for sale. I am not in a big hurry to sell her as the Columbus day regatta is comging up and I would like to take her down there. I buy 2 or 3 new boats a year just to keep things interesting. I like to change around a lot.

I sure as hell did not get it for 37,100. I would have bought 3 at that price. There were 18 other bids on the boat. I love how people assume that the boat always goes for the starting price. If they did sell like that I would own every other boat in there.

I can assure you it was a lot more than that.

With 18 other bids he got it for $37,117!

Seriously, though. It doesn't matter what he paid. It will sell at whatever price the market determines is fair.......

No harm done. You know how people are. They love to call out somebody but never have any intention of purchasing anything.

Are you still searching for a grady marlin. I know we emailed back and fourth a while back when I had one.

Yeah I have always liked them. I like to buy boats that I like and use them as much as possible before letting them go. I have done some other brands in the past but just dont seem to have as good of luck. There is a pretty large cult following with grady and some other brands and there always seems to be buyers for them if there priced right.

You new marlin looks sharp.

Its on ebay and every web site. Just be honest, its a repo, you got the boat for a great deal and want to cash in. Nothing wrong with this.

Jim, You know thats what I do for a living. I have an advertising package for my company that lets me place an ad one time and the company does the rest. It always ends up on Yachtworld, ebay, boat trader, etc. I have moved over 60 yacht tenders and boats so far this year besides the boats that I buy for myself. For instance I bought my Mckee 28 and used it for 3 months before I decided to list it. This boat however caught my eye at auction. I bought it and until it sells it will be my personal boat. Its nice and small and easy for my wife to handle. ...everything I own is always for sale for the right price. I am going to be getting rid of my 07' 377 intrepid after the 1st of the year as well.

This one they posted on their site AFTER is was bid out and sold??? There are a bunch of people who are pissed off on this deal and I have seen some really nasty posts on Craigslist about this boat. Its a great boat and looks like this dealer got a killer deal, can't blame him for trying to make a fast buck on this nice boat in this market. I am shocked that no one bid more then 58k on this boat on e-bay. I have heard some crazy stuff about National Liquidators. Not sure if all of it is true. I hope not.
