Are the two long boxes in the deck fishboxes, and if so how well are they insulated?
Thanks,
Maclin

The boxes at the back of the boat is were the batteries and the water tank are located. The fish boxes are the ones forward of the console in the picture. The main fish box is huge, it can hold 5-6 100 lbs Yellowfin with pleanty of room for ice. They are insulated. I will get some pictures of the back boxes.

Beautiful boat. What kind of fuel economy and range do you get? We run a 34 cuddy with twin outboards. I always wondered what the boat will do with diesels.

Good luck with the sale.

Thanks! She holds 260 and gets an average of 1.7 MPG. I always base my range on 1.5 MPG just to be sure I don't cut it to close. That gives you 390 miles. My last trip we went 276 miles and burned right at 160 gallons. I have seen the boat get 1.5 in heavy 4-5 foot sea's. On long range trips I carry a few drums. I have had the boat 166 miles offshore.

I could not agree with you more! I just want buyers who are looking at big center consoles to realize there is not a better riding boat out there in this size range. And certainly not one that gets 1.7 MPG on average. I can also say this boat is in better shape than any other diesel Sea Vee out there except for the 06 boat (mine is just as nice). I know cause I looked at all of them. Mine is the ONLY Sea Vee with a folding tower and trailer! I am also willing to look at offers and trades!

Default Nice rig

What a clean wake in the video when trolling, a nice rig for sure.
In the gulf 2 to 4s and 3 to 5s head sea what is your cruise? Trailerable twin diesel, big deep v with a high cruise speed, range and ride. It's got it all in my book. We fish out of SPI,TX.

Thanks HASS,

It is a great boat for Texas and the Gulf. We can cruise in 2-4's at 29 to 30 knots. 3-5's don't really slow you down at all. I have pulled it back to 27 knots in stiff 5's just for comfort. I have never been out in more than 5-6 foot sea's in this boat. I would think if you got caught in bigger sea's it would handle it just fine. You can pull it back to 20 knots and stay on plane without a problem. At that speed 5 footers feel small. The wake is the best I have ever seen on any boat. I can pull at 8 knots and see my bowling pin teaser under the water in the wake. It is that clean. If you want to take a look at it just let me know. I live in Huntsville just North of Houston.

I have a 2008 Survey available upon request. The boat appraised at $170,000. This was before all the updates were done and the trailer added. I also spoke with a lender yesterday and the low book value on this boat is $142,000. Lender's make loans based on 110% of that value. Please fill free to call me with any questions.

If someone is seriously interested they can call or send me a PM for the lowest price that I can take for the boat. I am not willing to advertise it yet.

Dodge 3500 Single wheel. I used to pull it with a GMC 2500 with no problems. It pulls like a dream. I had the trailer custom made for this boat. I believe this is why it pulls so good.

Reduced to $149,900 OBO. I listed the boat with Angler's Edge. He suggested the price being just below 150.

you must have fun bringing the boat in and out of Matty. i have sweat this in my contender. it can be even more interesting when you have a bay boat right in the middle of the river channel.
