Random Quote: A boat is a mistress that needs constant attention.
I wont be upset if i dont sell it......im having second thoughts now and i know i underpriced it. Some things have to fall in place for me to get another boat with credit being so tight with the banks, so i might end up not being able to get another boat, which means i keep this one.
dont sell. you prob cant replace it for what you sell it for...
it's looking like ill keep it til spring.....have some interest from a few guys and one broker's client, one who needs to sell his boat first. It's all good. Thx for the bump.
weekly bump.....trying not to use it to keep the hours down and its killing me not to fish off Bimini for the wahoo run. Ive been told the Verado 300's will run til 6000 hours. Now that the weather is cooling off ill try to hit 60-61mph and post a video.
Fish the Wahoo bite - you only live once, and just wrong to hold that boat back. Great rig & good luck w/ the sale - it'll happen sooner or later, but, in the mean time, enjoy.
thx for the props.....i have a sea trial scheduled on friday morning on a Seahunter 40 with trips. They will be taking mine on trade and probably sell my 35 for more.
Sam's father's offer of $100K wasnt reasonable, and was wholesale value so it was a no-brainer to politely say no thanks....but thx for staying in touch. Besides im not really worrying....going fishing instead. Seahunter is happy to give me my price.....but the price of the 40 is a different story.
Well I was in the dark when it came to the details of the offer so thanks for brining me to the light. The offer sounded pretty fair because you have to start somehwere when you comepare the year of the boat to the year of the motors. But enough said, you do have a very nice boat and from what I've heard it looks better in person then in the picture. I wish you the best of luck with the sale and the new boat.
ran to the gulf stream today for some Wahoo so add a couple hours to the boat......boat still catches fish. Cruised over there at 40-42mph and engines run perfect......fish were about 40lbs each.
Great boat at fantastic price! Had the same boat spec'd out at the miami show. Someone will get a great deal. Wish I were in the position to pull the trigger.
