The boat is rated up to 600 hp. With the 250's on it now I'm able to cruise between 40 - 43 mph turning 4600 - 4800 rpm's depending on load. With the extra 100 hp added this thing should easily cruise around 45 mph and top out over 60 I'd think.

I'm opening a business this upcoming April, and will not have time to run offshore as much as I do now. So I'm downsizing to a flats boat for a few years.

Bump for a great boat. Thats a great price even without the second E. I can personnaly attest to the ride and condition of this boat. I've fished with Eastbound in 3-5 slop and was very impressed with how well she handled the seas. Mckees are of the highest quality IMO and he keeps this one in pristine condition. Sorry to see her go. Somebodys stealing this one.

Hello Sir,
You say "Motors have around 450 +/- hours (guessing) ". Will it be possible for you to find out the exact hours on the engine ?
Thanks
George.

Yes, I'll try to take it by a local Evinrude shop this week.

Can you tell me general info about the engines? The boat is EXACTLY what I want but I'm a bit aprehensive about the engines.

When was she used last?

Do you have records of compression tests etc.?

Would you entertain a trade?

I have a 22' Angler, 200hp Verado, 200 hrs w/trailer, 2010 Garmin, radar, color scope, stereo. Bought her new 2006. I NEED a bgger boat!

I have an interested party in my boat now but I definately have to sell her before I buy another. She's offered on Yacht world if you want to check her out,

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Dan

Boat's equipped with twin 250 Evinrude DI's made by Bombardier. Motors have around 450 +/- hours (guessing) Don't really keep up with MPG, but at 37 MPH I'm burning 22 GPH per the flow meters. Boat tops out at around 50-53 mph depending on load. Trailer is an aluminum 2008 Loadmaster triple axle, model # 2628-TX, GVWR is 10,000 lbs. Kodiak disc brakes on all three axles, and electric over hydraulic breaking system (Brake Rite).

I sent the boat back to McKee Craft for numerous upgrades (a year ago), and had half of it rewired. They installed a new gauge package, fuel flow meters, toggle switches, Rule 1500 GPH bilge pump with float switch, macerator pump, VFR battery switches, leaning post back rest with 5 rod holders, stainless steel rub rail, and a new console door. The improvements cost me $5,000 +.

Electronics: Garmin 2010C, black box, icom VHF, Poly Planer MRD-60, and a Poly Planer ME-400 amp, with 4 Poly Planer speakers. I also added a Minn Kota 4 bank battery charger.

The boat has not been tournament fished, and is immaculate!! I'm also including 2 Penn 625 fathom downriggers, and a pain wessex epirb (battery is expiring this month).

The reason for selling, downsizing. $42,000 OBO. Please call or e-mail me at HHIproperty@aol.com or 843-683-4242

Dan,

I just e-mailed you the engine reports. As I mentioned to you on the phone I have a verbal deal, and the purchasers are driving up from Texas on Tuesday so they say to pick it up. Until they show up in the yard though, I'm still going to advertise the boat for sale.

I haven't run the boat at all due to the fact that the current prospects asked me not to, which I understand but it's killing me!! http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/data/Foreca...US52.KCHS.html I would have been at the snapper banks today filling the coolers. Anyway, the last time I ran the boat was with the surveyor this week. If someone wanted to verify this they could run the engine reports again.

To my knowledge I'm the least expensive 28 McKee by ten thousand+ from what I've seen on the internet too. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
