Default 35' Downeast Lobster Boat for sale

New boat has arrived a few months ago and harbormaster says get the old one out of the harbor!

I'm hauling it out Wensday.

It is a 1983, 35 Duffy& Duffy finished by Duffy & Duffy. Repowerd 2001 with new 200 hp Volvo penta TAMD 41P. Rebuilt 2 1/2 to 1 Borg Warner gear maybe 4 years ago. I had this boat built and used it daily ( weather permitting etc,) until the new boat came. With very little TLC this would be a nice boat for the money for someone or a great project boat to expand on.Thanks for looking. Yhis boat is worth in the low 50s.

She is out of the water. The bottom looks messy but a little tlc and bottom paint will do wonders.

lol. Thanks Chrisrack!

Hey, if any of you want to see what a fixer upper looks like ,check out Chrisracks rebuild. You wouldn't believe in a million years someone would tackle this job and have the end product come out so good. The project is at the stage nearing completion.

Nice work Chrisrack!

Don't go spreading rumors now. I'm just a blind boatbuilder working in the dark.

Got the Awlgrip sprayed in the cabin yesterday and the canopy sprayed as well. Making noticable progress now.

Spring is coming! These boats are well known for their sea kindlyness.

Great speed to efficency ratio. .This boat only has a 200 hp volvo but she tops out at 21 and can cruse at 18. There is no fuel meter but I'd guess cruise burn rate would be about 7 gph.
