I drove 1100 miles one way to buy this boat with a trailer in tow. The boat would only run 32mph WOT.

The gentleman that bad mouth me sent a deposit of $500 and then waited a month to come to NY insisting the boat be taken down from the website immediately. The boat never got over 32 mph.The time frame of when I would pick up the boat was agreed upon. I had to locate and purchase a trailer. When we arrived the boat was excessively dirty. He told me several times if I did not like the boat for any reason, he would refund my money right away. The dirty condition really showed a lack of respect, and pride but the slow speed killed the deal. I never asked for afree room. You were told to keep the 125.00 for the room. Have your prop checked.

you still havent addressed the refund of his $500 deposit......sure the hotel room was a nice gesture but the fact remains.....and you did not dispute the boat's condition being dirty....that says something to the casual observer

The deposit was non refundable contrary to any assertion. The boat is clean. This website is too much drama. The boat is a steal for $20,000. I know what is out there.

", I see you edited your all of your post with a ".", but on 7/5 you had actually stated that the boat did 43-45 mph so you did misrepresent what the boat actually performed at.

This site is not too much drama, but I see you are a fairly new member and maybe don't get what the site is about. He gave you a deposit and it is not like you took if off the market, you continued to try to sell it on this site. Poor guy purchased a trailer and made a 2k mile trip to find out the boat did not perform as you had said in your post.

It is a nice boat, priced well and you should be able to sell it pretty quickly. You should refund the deposit because of the misrepresentation, but I guess if you don't refund the deposit you will be dropping the price $500?
