Yeah, I know this boat doesn't really fit on this site, but it's the type of boating I'm doing until I can get back down to FL and get an offshore boat. Maybe someone knows someone looking for a top of the line bowrider. It's a great boat, but I think we're going to a wakeboard boat for now. Here's the details:

2005 Formula 240 BR (24' bowrider) - $50,000

If you look on boattrader, you'll see that the price on this boat is VERY competitive. It prices out comparatively to those with the small engines and many fewer options.

Some of the options include:

- 496 MAG Mercruiser engine (w/closed cooling system & easy drain system) - 63 mph on GPS

- Captains Call Exhaust with Silent Choice

- Bravo 3 outdrive with transom tilt switch

- Motorized electric engine hatch

- Trim tabs

- Prestige tandem axle trailer matches boat

- Bow filler cushions

- Stainless steel sink with wetbar behind captains seat

- Custom stereo system added last summer including
1) top of the line Clarion CD plyr with Ipod auxiliary jack and rear controller on the swim platform
2) 2 - 7.7" JL Audio speakers in cockpit
3) 2 - 6.5" JL Audio speakers in bow
4) 10" JL Audio sub
5) 6 channel JL Audio marine amp powering all of the above

- I just had the two batteries replaced last summer with top of the line Sears Platinum dual purpose marine batteries ($220/ea)

- bimini top and cockpit/bow covers are all in great shape. No fading or discoloration (boat is stored in inside storage unit on the trailer)

- All scheduled maintenance is up to date

You'll see when looking at their retail pricing that a boat with the options this one has will retail for $110K+ new and another $6K for the trailer.

We've had two Formula BRs. Both were enjoyable and both sold for good prices. Your boat has all the goodies, so hope it sells quickly. The timing is perfect for you this time of the year.

It is a nice boat. As the season nears up here, we're contemplating keeping it. Not sure our daughter is at the point where we need to move to a wakeboard boat yet this year. Plus, the boat's fast and REALLY feels fast with the captain's call!

Looks fast and fun! I'll show the pics to one of my partners who has just started looking for a lake boat and let you know if he has any interest. I had the Captain's Call on an old go fast center console I used to own and thought it was a great feature for comfort of quieting things down when idling.

No doubt that it's fast and fun. Probably be time to drop her in for an early season run in the next week or two.

Yes, it is. Shot you an email reply. Just had the boat de-winterized, oil and filter changed, and lower unit fluid changed to be ready for the season to start here.

Should have mentioned that the paint scrape in the bow was touched up this week. She's better than new at this point. Season is here and I found a boat I'd like to move to...how about $49,000?
