Everything is there except for the VHF and GPS antennas and the radar dome; all knocked off of the arch. The middle windshield needs replacing. The cockpit carpet needs replacing. Upholstery in the cockpit might clean up, might need replacing due to the boat having sat in a cradle for 1 1/2 years.
The interior is typical of a cabin cruiser with less than 100 hours on her. The hull has some dock rash that is surface-only; no poke-throughs or serious gouges. The Kohler 5Kw genset is like new; maybe 20 hours on her. Twin Merc 5.0L engines and B3 outdrives should get complete fluid and belt changes just because they've sat up. This is NOT a boat that's been under water.
These boats are selling for $50K to $60K online. It might take $5-10K to get this boat looking like it should. It is currently in a boatyard and either you or that boatyard or another boat mechanic can work on it while there. If you wish, the engines and outdrive can be serviced and you can captain her to your place. Any offers around $20K will be seriously considered. Seller is a bank....banker wants it off his books.
I'm going to remove personal effects and take more photos shortly, but here're a few to show the general condition.
If you have interest in contacting for more specific information about the boat, my e-mail is

If you want a survey of the engines/outdrives (or of the whole boat while on the hard) an independent mechanic is available to do that for either $250 or $500. They are long-time boat retrofitters whose labor pricing is stuck in the 70's, but work is an all-family business. They're fully capable of getting the boat completely finished out as well.
The boat is close to Mobile Bay and 5 minutes from the ICW.
