Where is this boat located?

Are the lettering and fish painted on or a decal?

Are the blue hull sides gel coat or paint?

The boat is in Washington, NC. The custom paint job was done by the same guy that does the speciality painting on the Fountain power boats. He lives here in Washington. The fish is air brushed. We showed him some pictures of tuna and explained we wanted it to look like a tuna coming out of the water. The guy designed it and painted it. The name "Towman's Toy" is a decal. The hull was painted blue and then clear coated.
