Bob- I think you have to click on "go advanced" after you click on edit to be able to change the title then save or submit. It worked for me on my post.

I did that and for whatever reason it does not show up on the main page with all the other threads. Click on the 1st page of this thread and you will see what the title should read. Would be nice if the damn mods ever answered their e-mails.
