220 gallons. Range is 400+ miles proven by me in the real world with fuel to spare. These boats are very fuel friendly.

Guy's search boats.com and the like. This boat is priced right and it is better equipped than any other 28 out there I guarantee it. This boat is made to fish and fish hard.

Can you list some fuel burn numbers at troll, cruise and top end and what speed you're running?

Default Kids or the Boat? Hmmm...

After reading all your posts, I am never having kids.

Don't worry though, I'll keep plenty of rum aboard for "boys day out!"

I am very sorry but the only thing I ever did with this boat was keep track of miles we ran and total fuel we burned. When three or four guys are going to the canyon and the fuel is less than $100 bucks a guy I never felt there was reason to go nuts tracking my burn. I do have all of my logs which if needed can post up or e-mail. Even when fuel was at it's most crazy I was doing canyon trips for around $500.

This was the extent of my usage of this boat this year. One trip a half a mile across the bay to tie up and drink beers. With that said I would not change a thing. Sh1t if things stay like this he we be old enough to mate and I will still have the boat.

Part of the issue with not selling may be in your "firm" stance on the price. A "little" flexibility may entice someone to take a look. Try dropping "firm" and see what happens........

I took firm off the thread title a while back but for whatever reason it does not show on the front page.

What did the boat cost new back in 2000? I know replacement cost today with your options is right around 200 grand.......I think you are priced right but in this market it is tough to find someone with 100 grand cash and getting a loan is still damm tough.......Realistically to move it you would probably still have a hard time finding a buyer at even 70-80 grand.......

Actually Brian knowing a broker personally I know exactly what the last four 28's sold for which is why I changed to make offers but your 70-80 grand is nuts. The cheapest 28 Rique of the four sold for $85,000 and it was without tower.

Bring offers. I will listen

Default Inspection/Seatrial

I inspected and sea trialed this boat last Saturday. This Henriques is one of the cleanest and well maintained boats that I have seen while looking at used boats over the last month and I have looked at a lot of boats.
In sea trial it ran flawlessly .Electronics were top notch
I opted not to purchase this boat as I decided on going for a 31 ft boat instead.

Joe,

Thanks for the plug. I really thought you and your brother were going to be the ones!!!!!

Everyone else I have reduced my price to $94,900 making this one of the cheapest 28 Henriques around along with being the cleanest & best outfitted. Check the ads for the other ones and simply by viewing the dash and electronics you will see that this is far superior.

Can anyone explain to me why the title of this thread is only changed to reflect reduced price when you open it and not in the main page view. I PM'ed the mod and have not heard back in days.

The title doesn't change for me. It stays the same whether I am in the thread view or the forum view.

You have to go to the first post on page one to see the new title and how it should be reading everywhere.

Jim,

I did that but for some reason it is only showing the changed title when you open the thread. Take a look, when shown on the main page with all the other for sale threads the title is different than when you open the thread.

Very odd!!!

OK I see it now....but...I think that is just the post subject you edited not the thread subject. For each new post in a thread you can add a specific subject. Looks like you just edited the subject for that very first post, not the subject for the whole thread.
