The fuel curve for the engine indicates about 9 gal./hr at 2900 rpm which is rpm I use for cruise. So for both engines 18 gal. hour. The local Yanmar dealer swears up and down they won't burn that much but I don't know. I haven't used the boat much, but know they don't burn to much fuel. I "exercise" it every week for about 20 minutes to keep things working good when I am not fishing, which is most of the time hence I might as well sell it. At least that is what the wife says.

I posted more pictures. Repower was done by Al Grover Marine in Islip, NY. If you go to his web site you can see his comments on the boat. Very professional job. We thought we would fish more than we have over the last two years but didn't work out, and the wife says "sell the boat". Ray

Al Grovers is a top notch place ! The repower was done right, thats for sure.

LOL though, I asked Dante about the fuel burn of the 4LH-STE in my Fortier, and he said the same thing, i.e. they don't burn as much as the fuel curve indicates. Actually I think he's right.

Again, nice rig.
