What are your performance #'s? It looks like you have the standard console is this correct?
Yes it has the standard console. Performance #'s with a load for offshore are:
3500 RPM 34-36mph
4000RPM 41mph
4500RPM 45-47mph
5500 RPM 54-56mph
WOT 61-62
Can't remember fuel burn off top of my head but at 4000-4500RPM it is getting around 1.3mpg in calm water.
The most speed you will see is the day you pick the boat up from Wylie... Toss you in there with 50 gallons and nothing else and hold it wide open. The numbers you have are about par for the course. The rule of thumb I use is about 100rpm for every mph if trimmed correctly and in reasonable seas.
i heard the sale is final. good job and someone got one hell of a deal!!! sorry to have heard you were selling it as i remember you guys were excited about getting it last year. good luck with the 32 yellowfin. i heard you also bought a 23 contender. two awesome boats!!!
